NYS AHPERD Sections
NYS AHPERD Sections are organized on the basis of professional interests.
Each Section has a president who represents its members and assists the conference director in program planning for the annual conference.
Each current member is automatically listed as a member of each section. At any time, members can unsubscribe from membership in individual sections based on their interests. The COA Section is unique in that it has its own membership fee and is open to professionals or retirees serving or having served as a director, chairperson, or coordinator with responsibilities for health and/or physical education and/or athletic programs.
Council of Administrators Section
The Council of Administrators (COA) is open to professionals serving as or retires members having served as a director, chairperson, or coordinator having responsibilities for health, and/or physical education and/or athletic programs.
