Join us for the Western Zone Conference on Tuesday, March 11th at Canisius University, Kessler Gym.

Parking is in the upper parking lots by the softball fields. This is located at the intersection of Main Street and E. Delevan Ave. Enter the door to the Koessler Athletic Center at the gray doors located nearest the parking lot (near Main Street)

Registration will open at 7:30 am
Continental Breakfast/Welcome 8 am
Session 1: 8:20 – 9:00 am
Speaker 1: 9:10 -10:00 am
Session 2: 10:10 -10:50 am
Speaker 2: 11:00 -11:40 am
Session 3: 11:50 -12:20 pm
Wrap up/raffles 12:30 -1:00 pm

CTLEs will be handled at no additional cost to attendees.  We will be using the NYS AHPERD Event app, Click here for instructions on downloading and using the app.

Professionals: $60
Students $20 Do you want to attend for FREE? (open to Student members only) Click here to apply to volunteer at the conference.  Once you apply, you will receive a Coupon Code to register and the registration fee will be waived.
Retirees: $20 
Non Member Rates
Professionals: $180 (NYS AHPERD Membership is not included in this rate)
Students $60  Do you want to attend for a reduced rate (open to Student members only) Click here to apply to volunteer at the conference. Once you apply, you will receive a Coupon Code to register and the registration fee will be reduced to $20 or you can join NYS AHPERD and the full amount will be waived.
Retirees: $60

In the event you need to cancel your registration, there will be a $15 cancelation fee. Cancelation requests must be emailed to Trish Camardello at pcamardello@nysahperd.org no later than 3/11/25.
