We are excited to welcome you to our 2025 CWZ Conference. Programming details will be posted as they are confirmed.

7:30 am – 8 am Registration (Tuttle North Lobby)

8:15 am – 9:30 am President’s Welcome (Tuttle North Gym)

9:45am – 10:45am Session 1

11 am – 12 pm Session 2

12:15 pm – 1:15 pm Session 3

1:15 pm lunch

Member Rates 

Professionals: Advanced $35 (register by 3/18/25)    Onsite $55

**Students:  Advanced $20 (register by 3/18/25)      Onsite $40

Retiree: No charge

Non-Member Rates (click here to join/renew your NYS AHPERD membership and save money)

Professionals: Advanced $100 (register by 3/18/25)   Onsite $175 Note: NYS AHPERD Membership is not included in this rate.  

**Students:  Advanced $60    Onsite $80 

Retiree: No charge

**You must register at the Professional rate if you are working full time in the field of HPERD regardless of your status as a student. 

Each registrant will receive an optional lunch ticket that can be used in the dining hall at Brockport.
