Payment Information:  If applicable, membership dues and event fees are processed through secure third-party payment platforms. NYS AHPERD does not store full credit card information on its own servers.

Your information may be used for membership administration, communication regarding Association programs and services, processing payments, providing newsletters and professional resources, responding to inquiries, and improving NYS AHPERD services and online platforms.

NYS AHPERD does not sell member personal information. Limited contact information may be shared with select Association sponsors for purposes that support NYS AHPERD programs and provide professional value to members, after evaluation by the Executive Director.

Sections and Zones

Relevant member contact information may be shared with NYS AHPERD Section and Zone leadership for professional or interest-area programming communications.

Member information may be shared with trusted service providers who support NYS AHPERD operations, publication distribution, and communications. Such providers are restricted from further use of member data.

Member data is stored electronically and accessed only by authorized individuals. NYS AHPERD takes reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect personal information, though no system can be guaranteed fully secure.

Members may access, update, or correct personal information, opt out of non-essential communications, or withdraw consent for certain data uses by contacting the NYS AHPERD Central Office.
