There is a $20 charge for non-members requiring CTLE documentation. Please select this option now only if you are paying the CTLE fee at this time or it will be paid by your school on a PO, otherwise, you will need to call the Central Office to pay the fee before the certificate will be sent.
In the event you need to cancel your registration, there will be a $10 cancelation fee. Cancelation requests must be emailed to Mara Manson at mmandjb@aol.com no later than 3/24/23.
